Join us as we reveal "The 10 Commandments of the Intake Interview". Interviews are the first step in providing assistance to self-represented litigants and they can be tricky. Time is usually short and emotions may run high. Our presenters will share a wealth of information about how to ask sensitive questions, manage combative clients, and ensure safety for staff and litigants. Our experienced presenters will share the most important elements of a successful interview and provide recommendations on how to avoid pitfalls.
